This is BOMB! Joe and the other staff members were awesome! I am SEVERELY Celiac, and this has been awesome. I had no symptoms besides normal IBS cramps from a new food in general and having a little bit of grease. But it was honestly no Celiac symptoms! I felt so comfortable and the staff does an amazing job preparing and keeping everything separate! They even have their own GF line and crust! Their crust is homemade and rice based! Also, the vegan cheese is soy free from what we were told by Joe recently. Awesome awesome awesome! Haven’t had pizza in 3 years so. This made life better.

Nima Nomad - Full time RVers traveling the country, looking for the best GF food places nationwide. Heard about this place several times and decided to give it a try. We ordered 2 chicken Caesar’s, a Mauiwowie GF pizza and a GF Combo pizza. Everything came and was tested with our Nima device. All tests came back safe and we didn’t have any issues with any of the food (very sensitive celiac here). I was sooo excited about the crust! It’s not like Udi’s, CPK or Pizza Huts GF pizza crust that sticks to your teeth or goes soggy. It was the best GF pizza I’ve had outside the Maldives. Crust has nice crunch, but soft texture too. Holds up well over time, even tasted great the next day (never happens w gf crusts). I’d HIGHLY recommend this place if you’re a celiac craving pizza and you’re in the Pismo Beach area! It won’t disappoint!

I was hesitant because it is in a strip mall next to a 7-11. But my celiac daughter said it was one of the best Gf pizzas she’s ever had! No reaction so that’s a win in my book!

Ok, lots of postings today🙄BUT GFers if you are on the Central Coast you MUST go to Doughboys Pizza! This pizza is NOT TO BE MISSED!!! The crust is the best I have had and they are Celiac Aware! They deliver and were “shelter in place” conscious #perfectioningfpizza

Ahmazing gluten free pizza. Being gluten free I often have to sacrifice quality so that I can eat pizza. That’s not the case with Doughboys Pizzeria, the gluten free pizza was the best pizza I have ever eaten.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! I am from out of town, was looking for a place to eat. I found this place on this app and decided they sounded like a place I need to try. I LOVE THEM. Harrison was insanely friendly and I adore him and his fun outgoing personality. We told him we were from out of town and he helped tell us a bunch of fun things to do around town and made fantastic conversation while we waited for our pizza. Their owner Tony is also an amazing and friendly person who came out and chatted with us. They make all their pizzas and doughs by hand and they do everything in their power to keep the gluten free gluten free (it isn't a dedicated by establishment, but they're good about separation). ALSO they offer small AND medium sized gf pizza! If I am ever in town again I will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend! ps: no gluten reaction so that's good :)

Amazing pizza place located inside a strip mall. Owners came out to speak with me prior to ordering and even went to the grocery store to buy a bottle of the wine my grandmother in law wanted for no extra charge. Pizza and bread sticks were amazing, my non-celiac family kept stealing them from me! So good!

Best GF pizza crust I've had so far. Had a pepperoni, sausage and olive, medium, which was huge, the wife and kids had regular pepperoni pizzas. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The staff was aware of cross contamination and assured me they were very careful. Took Glutenease just before the first bite, which I think has saved me from minor cross contamination issues in the past, but can't be absolutely sure. No reactions so far 12 hours since eating.

By far the best homemade gf pizza around..!

They explained that they don't have a separate preparation area and that they use the same pizza stones for GF as regular- I don't think this is safe for coeliacs. I asked them to add foil, but seems risky.

Hands down the best Gluten-free pizza I've ever had. The crust is very flavorful and not cardboard texture like many others. The Pesto Chicken is excellent but nothing beats the pepperoni. I come at least once a month.

I had no reaction with my dermatitis herpetiformis. I am very sensitive to gluten and was very worried. I spoke with the owner and she said they are very careful about cross contamination. We had the pizza and cupcakes and it was pretty good. I will go back next time I don't feel like cooking.

Best GF crust in the nation! I've tried many GF pizza crusts in many major states, this restaurant has got it right. Soft, even the edges which are usually rock hard everywhere else. Ask for the GF cheese bread appetizer and the GF beer.
