Douzo Sushi

Best sushi I’ve had in Boston and very celiac safe, all of it can be made gf and chef knows what to do. They have gf tamari. They’re careful with takeout too. Service in-restaurant is fast.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Staff was incredibly rude when asked about gluten free stuff. Waitress complained about how we asked her for gluten free soy sauce and about how we should’ve told her about the gluten allergy prior to arriving at the restaurant. She also didn’t understand when we asked about which items were gluten free. We actually left prior to eating because of how poor the service was!

Great food and atmosphere. Sushi was top tier. Server was great at knowing what was gf and not. All sushi could be made gf. I got the shiitake mushroom soup to start and it was amazing. Ten out of ten would recommend
