Downhill Duke’s

While not a ton of GF options, our waiter was knowledgeable (even went back to kitchen to double check no added breadcrumbs to burger), and had a gluten free bun. No dedicated fryer but easily swapped out fries for side salad or fruit for the celiac people in our family. Location right at bottom of ski hill in Center Village is so handy!

Good for a mid-ski lunch. Options are tasty, but very limited. I had the veggie burger, which was good, but the first time it was brought out completely incorrectly (regular bun, croutons on the salad). They fixed it quickly thankfully, and I was fine afterwards.

I had the veggie burger on a gluten free bun. Asked about the fries and my waitress quickly told me not only are they not in a dedicated fryer but they’re fried with items that are beer battered. I stuck with a side salad and was pleased.
