Review of Dr. BBQ The Restaurant

While the food at Dr. BBQ is fantastic, all of their sides are fried in the same fryer as non-GF items. When placing an order I requested that they inform the kitchen it was an allergy and they did not. The order had white bread as well as potatoes fried in the same fryer is non-GF French fries in the same box as the meat (despite being assured it was GF). Upon realizing this the take-out staff said that they “can’t guarantee anything is gluten-free.” I have eaten there three times before and was assured quite the opposite. Highly disappointed given it is an allergy and not a preference.
