Review of Dr. BBQ The Restaurant

We visited Dr BBQ for dinner and were pleasantly surprised by the number of safe options. There are a couple items marked GF that might not be Celiac safe because they use Korean BBQ sauce. We didn't ask but definitely check for soy sauce before eating those! All the meats are smoked with nothing gluten in the smoker, they have corn tortillas for their tacos, a macaroni and cheese made with hominy instead of pasta, all their BBQ sauces are made in house with no gluten, even their wings are GF! Our dinner was delicious and we will definitely be back!
