I have been to Dr. Grubbs a few times now and haven’t had any issues. The food tastes great and most of the menu items are gluten free. It’s a casual spot to dine in and also a great option for takeout.
I usually get the blackened tofu or the salmon with rice and the lemon garlic sauce. They have two types of rice (white and brown). The white rice is NOT gf so make sure to only do the brown. When I spoke to them about how to tofu was prepared, it sounds like it is cooked in its own pan so no CC. Always good to confirm with them though for the other protein options.
