We came in and ordered on their app at the table, but you can order up front if you can find someone. We ordered a pulled pork and a brisket sandwich, subbing a GF bun, and in the special instructions section noting wheat allergy. Someone from the kitchen came out to ask how severe an allergy, as the pulled pork was marinated in beer, and they wouldn’t be able to toast the buns. They subbed a second brisket sandwich no problem and we got cold buns, but they were tasty! They have some chili and other sides like chips that are GF. Very happy with how knowledgeable the staff was and that they came out to chat with us.

If you’re in a wheelchair, there is a small lift at the front to get you up past the stairs, and there are outlets everywhere to plug your chair in if it is electric.
