They will do anything gluten free as long as it has not been marinated beforehand in something with gluten (like ginger beef). They will use corn starch if requested. No separate woks. A varied menu. Staff understands GF and will make recommendations. No separate kitchen or work area for GF. Never had an issue there (celiac).
