We ordered to-go from Dragon. I ordered Rainbow, spicy tuna and a philly roll - all gluten free. They even called back to confirm that all was gluten free and that they would ensure that the crab was not imitation (contains gluten) and that they would keep the crunchy out of the spicy tuna roll. And they gave me extra GF soy. Great service. Kind people. Did not have a reaction and I’m very sensitive with celiac.
