So many gluten-free options on the menu it's hard to decide what to order! They even put a special toothpick marked "gluten-free" on gluten-free dishes when they are served so you know they were cautious and attentive. GF chocolate chip pancakes were delicious, and looked more appetizing than non-gf pancakes. Sunday brunch was busy, so plan accordingly.

Currently I am giving them a 4 star but only because they do not have a dedicated fryer. My son has never been sick after eating here. I just wish there were a few more options. We would be here more if there was a dedicated fryer!!

The few times we’ve been here have been a bit chaotic, service-wise. Very nice gf menu and lots of choices, but we were brought a non-gf version of a dish we requested gf once. Luckily we hadn’t started eating it yet before we realized the error. The server was very apologetic, but it was a big mistake to make. It’s made me nervous to go back

This restaurant is the only one in the area that really knows what they are talking about. I went with a friend and had the best Philly Cheese Steak I’ve had in years. The GF bread was very soft. They also have very tasty desserts.

Wow! What great place for breakfast. Lots of GF options and a very careful and knowledgeable staff. Since it was our first time there they took time to patiently explain the steps they take to ensure there is no cross contamination in the kitchen to the table. They use GF picks to identify the food on your plate and label bags for take out with a GF label. This place has more than the normal one or two GF options. Lots of delicious baked goods like cheesecake and double layer chocolate cake to GF rolls, bread and Crepes. Great vibe and gourmet quality food for a fair price! Excellent coffee and tea selections. The only downside is they do not have a dedicated fryer.

My family and I just moved to Lancaster from Florida. It is always hard to find restaurants that you can rely on with multiple food allergies, but after seeing a review on another website, we decided to give it a try. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledge, and the service was efficient, even with a party of 6. I liked that there were lots of gluten free options, plus even more "whole food" options for the rest of my family, who don't have allergies. While we visited for breakfast and I understand that breakfast tends to be cheaper, I was very happy with the prices; you get what you pay for. My build your own omelet, with potatoes and toast, was delicious, and the rest of my family couldn't stop raving about the pancakes and crepes.

Toward the end of our visit, my two your children were getting antsy, so the owner played a game with them while I finished my coffee. So glad to have found a place that I can count on.

Although Gluten-free, The prices are astronomical. Had a Steak burger sandwich and a sample cup of 5 bean salad. My wife had a mushroom burger and same bean salad. No drinks. Cost was 24.00. The plates looked completely empty when served. NEVER AGAIN! At these prices I don't see them staying in business very long. Shameful.

I love this place! The first time I came I had a breakfast crepe and it was SO good compared to the gluten free crepes I had in the past. Today I went back and ordered the cheeseburger mac n cheese to find it was delicious as well. They are very knowledgeable about gluten free and celiac disease and the cheesecakes are AMAZING!! Definitely a great place for people who have celiac!

Wonderful experience the reviews were SPOT on. The staff very concerned about health issues relating to food. They went out of their way to be sure all our concerns were attended addressed even pulling out labels and being willing to CALL manufacturers on our behalf. Delicious too. Great crepes and every other creation we tried warmed the tummy and delighted the taste buds.

I enjoyed the GF Mac and cheese at this place!! However, it should be clear that this place do NOT have a dedicated fryer for items such as French fries, which I was upset by because I was looking forward to eating them, and instead of the fries I received a sad looking fruit cup with mostly sour oranges. Despite this, I had a pretty good time there and will be going back to try the crepes!

The Dragonfly is an AMAZING gluten free restaurant. I can never eat anywhere with fear of getting sick from the slightest cross contamination, but they are amazing with separating gluten and gluten free food. The staff is all super knowledgeable too!! I live an hour and a half away, and came back the next day for breakfast. I HIGHLY recommend Dragonfly Cafe!!!

This place is a hidden gem and the food is some of the best gf I've ever had, must try the soup and sand which combo. You can tell that a lot of heart and soul have gone into the menu and preparation. Cafe is small with 3 tables only and perfect if you like that kind of setting - which I do. This will definitely be a regular place for me.

My wife and I visited this restaurant 3 days in a row over the Memorial Day weekend. She has Celiac disease and they are extremely knowledgeable about gluten free and cross contamination. They have separate stations to prepare the gluten free items and I would say 85% of their menu is available gluten free. This place is a must for anyone with Celiac who is worried about cross contamination. Their breakfast and lunch/dinner menus are amazing and if you are anywhere near Lititz/Lancaster make sure to stop by here for a great gluten free meal.

So delicious! I can't believe how many GF options were on the menu. Almost all the items could be made GF - wraps, sandwiches, crepes, different kinds of mac and cheese. We had a mixed party - some GF, some not. I really liked that the GF items came out with a little GlutenFree marker in them. They had about 6 GF dessert options. The GF choc chip cheesecake was delish! Loved our waitress, wish I could remember her name. She was friendly AND GF knowledgable! They get the GF deal. They even had a sign by the front door about a celiac support group.

The whole atmosphere is very allergen-aware (they also don't offer any peanut options due to chef's allergies) and helpful when asked. The options and the menu are great with a lot of food that can't be found easily in the area (while also carrying traditional favorites). Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and nut free interests are easily found on the wide menu. The lavender fog was amazing, as were the desserts, and I certainly enjoyed my meal too.

Recently went for dinner on 1/8/16...I am GF and this place has the most extensive GF menu around...and actually has many menu items that make you feel like a regular diner (not just the usual salad or bunless sandwich). The atmosphere is very relaxed and peaceful and makes for a nice date night combined with a movie at the nearby Penn Cinema. Been here quite a few times...BF, lunch and dinner. I would have given a higher rating but the service was awful...had similar prior experiences with their evening shift which is a bunch of young folks who seem blank in the head...don't seem to have their minds on what they're doing and service is very slow. Our waiter this particular time was especially out of it (reminded me of "Invasion of the Bodysnatchers")... every time we asked for something, it was like he either didn't remember we had even said anything or he didn't think it was a big deal that I was waiting for confirmation on whether the salad dressing that came with my salad was GF (he was "pretty sure" it was) while he went to look at photos on another customer's phone. I agree with the other reviewer who said they are overstaffed; if they worked harder and at a reasonable pace, they could easily handle the workload with less staff and lower the prices. Just seems like the evening shift could care less about customer service; perhaps they need supervision on site during the dinner shift. I do hope this improves because my husband won't want to go there anymore if it doesn't. I will give another try though because of the menu selection.

The food is delicious and bakery treats amazing, but I've had gluten reactions three out of the last four visits I've made for lunch. Two times were very busy and the latest was not and all I ordered was an iced drink and a slice of gf chocolate mousse torte. Uncertain if newer staff members have been properly trained. So frustrating and sad because this is my favorite spot for lunch...the chipotle pulled pork quesadilla is the best.
