Loved that they have a dedicated gluten free menu. Our server brought gf tamari to the table immediately and was very knowledgeable about cross contamination. This is the safest I’ve ever eating in Gainesville since my diagnosis.

Wonderful! Servers are very aware of what can and can’t be made gluten free, and they now have a gluten free menu!! Lots of options! So so good!
Delicious sushi! They have a list separate from the menu that indicates what is gf and I kinda wished they just had a separate menu but totally worth going back
Very safe sushi always specify gluten allergy and they have a great gluten free cider I’m EXTREMELY sensitive also so they do it right 🫶🏻

The servers have separate gluten free menus they can share with you and there's a gluten free area in the kitchen. Pretty good food, they clearly take food safety seriously.
Have their own gluten free prep area and can make almost any roll gluten free!(: such an awesome experience after getting diagnosed last week!
I came here without checking to see if they had gluten free options and was pleasantly surprised to learn they did! My server informed me there was a separate gluten free prep area and they had a variety of gluten free sauces. Most of the menu items could be made gluten free and they had dessert options too! Food was delicious, high quality sushi and service was great!
Terrific experience here. Waitress was GF and navigated us through the menu. GF items or those that can be modified are not marked. They changed gloves, cleaned prep space and cleaned knives for us. On top of this the food was stupendous. Tons of great options. Great happy hour menu. Very fresh sushi, sushi swims up and jumps onto your table. Nice outdoor seating area. Worth a detour for sure.
