I have eaten their sushi before and not gotten sick. However, I am afraid to try anything else on the menu because of the risk of cross contamination and lack of options.
They marked things on their menu that were gluten free that had tortilla chips that were fried in the same fryer as things with gluten. They did not realize this until I asked and pointed it out and said they should probably change their menu labels because that is misleading.

Gluten free items are clearly marked on menu. No cc issues.

Every time I go to Drake's, the sushi from Aqua is my go to. My recommendation is the Spicy Roll, but any of the sushi that is marked as being Gluten Free is amazing. The only downside is the fact that, if you eat in the restaurant, the soy sauce is Kikkoman (not Gluten Free). If soy sauce is a necessity for sushi, this might not be the place for you. However, I have had no issues brining my own bottle of La Choy and using it. Either the workers don't notice or they don't care. If I happen to be without my own GF soy sauce, I order extra spicy mayo with the Spicy Roll and everything is good to go.
