We ordered carry out and I spoke directly to a manager to place the order. I explained the reason for ordering GF and she assured me the kitchen would take precautions. However when we received the carry out order the burger had been put on a regular bun. Do not trust this restaurant to understand Celiac needs.

Their tortilla chips are gf and in their own fryer. Their fries are gf but in a shared fryer so not celiac safe. Waitresses were very knowledgeable and understanding. They also have gf buns (a bit dry but that’s just how it goes with gf buns) and their burger patties are gf. Their green beans are sautéed and are also gf and very good!

They didn't have gluten free buns and initially brought out my food covered in fried onions so they had to remake it. They were out of all dips, and didn't in know whether the bbq sauce was gf. The salsa was straight from a jar.

Menu labeled well and food is delicious! Safely had their Cobb salad, Michigan salad, and nachos. Hard cider is great and they also have a hard cider mimosa on the menu!

It was very nice that they have ciders, and even a perry (which I had). The number of menu items that can be GF is small (3 appetizers, 2 sandwiches, 2 Entrees)
I felt like they were careful. The waitress could answer questions and suggest tweaks. I had the "Hungry Horse Trio". Decent BBQ, but nothing surprising about it.
Still, it was a nice worry-free relaxing dinner. We'll certainly return. I give it 4 stars: 5 stars for safety and 3 stars for the food.

I love beer but my fiancé is a celiac. I heard they might have some options for her AND THEY DID! She was able to have nachos and also there was some other things. Also there was cider and a couple other things on tap she could have. They were super knowledgeable
Yes
Menu was clearly labeled with any items that either already were GF, or could be simply modified to be made GF (for example, lettuce wraps instead of tortillas with the tacos). I did not ask for any details regarding food prep, and none were offered to me, but otherwise friendly staff. I didn't try any alcohol. Service a little on the slow side for how empty they were when we got there, but otherwise great!
