The staff didn't explicitly know about gluten, but we had a great chat about what items might contain gluten. We all went through their menu and concluded that the lamb is marinated in soy sauce, the breads are obviously no good, and there was no guarantee of avoiding cross contamination. After all that, I had a wonderful meal and didn't get sick. Great people and great food!
