Review of Duff's Famous Wings

This is the best place for wings I've found yet! They have separate fryers for their gluten free wings. They have a selection of gluten free sauces for the wings as well. Their salads/dressings are gluten free as well (if you ask to remove croutons).

They were very friendly when ordering for takeout on the phone and explained every choice I had and why they were safe. This was a great find!

Update: On my next visit I was told by one of the girls that the fryers are shared. After asking to speak with the manager, he reassured me several times that the fryers are in fact dedicated. I did order and the food was delicious. I stand by my original review stating these are celiac safe. I will say though, staff training is very important. To feel safe, the staff should be able to answer these questions confidently.
