Dugan's Pizza

Refused to make a sub sandwich without the hoagie roll. I have celiac disease and understand that cross contamination is likely when eating out. I worked as a pizza cook in the past and get how flour flies in a pizza kitchen. Asked for the sandwich on a little lettuce. The young man who took the call was very polite but was running interception for a manager. Hope he never has a restricted diet.
