Hello Everyone,

My original mission was to provide restaurant quality meals to everyone out there. Being in the business for over 30+ years I started to see frequent requests for dairy free, gluten free options so I started to create a menu that would to be accessible to everyone. My menu consists of 3 types of rices, 3 types of noodles(rice noodles, 100% buckwheat soba and zucchini) in which all of these are gluten free. I have an assortment of vegetables, dressings, sauces and proteins. I also do dairy free in which I substitute for oat milk. My menu has 2 items that have gluten, ramen noodles and couscous.

Please give us a try in hopes to spread our business to everyone especially the glute free community.
