Great food. Our server was also gluten free and very knowledgeable about the menu. Long wait since they are the only restaurant in town open on Tuesday but the service and food were good. Had the roasted chicken and was very happy with it.

The wait staff were not familiar with how to adapt the kids menu for our 5 yr old with celiac, but one of the chefs was knowledgeable and able to do a cheese quesadilla with a white corn tortilla without cross contact. The Gf chocolate mouse looked delicious, but we were to full to try it. The GF salmon with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus was also excellent. The fries and fried foods are NOT celiac safe.

Fantastic food! Most of the menu is gluten free and the waitress and chef were knowledgeable. I had 4 meals here, 2 at breakfast, 2 for supper. All were delicious and I didn’t get sick. I want to come back here again for a vacation. The resort and restaurant were amazing.

The chef was knowledgeable of gluten free cooking. And although the wait staff was not familiar with it, the maitre’d and waitress were very helpful in communicating with the chef to help me navigate the menu. I had the Sage Infused Chicken, Carmelized Brussel Sprouts and Grilled Vegetables. Chef included a truffle sauce on the side. Obviously we passed on the bread at our table. I wish I had room for dessert because it sounded like they had a couple gf options. It would have been helpful to have gf options marked on the menu, but the meal they served me was the best on my trip to this part of the country... and I didn’t get sick afterwards!
