Fully GF bakery! I made this a must stop spot on my trip to the UP. Taste wasn't the best and the sourdough bread wasn't my favorite.

Poor experience, my wife picked me up two gf cinnamon rolls and a gf pastie. All were frozen. When she got home I was excited, I hadn’t had a pastie in a long time. The pastie was fair, warmed it in a toaster/convection oven. Crust turned very hard, flavor was okay. I thawed the rolls, the frosting crumbled off when I tried to eat it, the insides were very dry and the outside of the roll was baked to a rock. I ended up throwing both cinnamon rolls out. Others seem to have a good experience, I should have known better than when they took everything out of the freezer.

Tasty gluten-free pasties! Was visiting Iron Mountain, and wanted to bring some pasties home for a relative who has Celiac's and who loves authentic UP pasties. I reached out to DNGD via Facebook messenger to see if they could make and freeze some GF pasties for me. Not only did they make 10 GF pasties for me, they made them all-beef (as opposed to a beef/pork mixture) and without rutabaga as that is my family member's preference. They also delivered the pasties to my hotel so that the hotel could keep them in their freezer and I could just pick them up when I checked out. Great communication, friendly proprietor, and my family member was THRILLED with the delicious gluten-free pasties! She reported that the crust was just perfect, too. All good here! :)

Very yummy. Had cooked, muffins, and cupcakes when we went. Only had had a few flavors that were dairy-free. Otherwise very good.

Delicious, inventive flavors, great selection and service! Loved the muffins, ice cream bars and macrons. Worth traveling for!!

Stopped here before flying out of Iron Mountain airport. DELICIOUS desserts! The raspberry almond cupcake was to die for! I can’t wait for my next trip to Iron Mountain so I can have even more desserts and share them with my GF mom!
