A lot of things are listed GF and it’s always exciting to see Chinese food we can eat but I don’t think it’s safe. When they first opened they had egg rolls & lumpia listed as GF. I called to ask how the egg rolls were made and he said they had wheat. Magically a few days later the GF mark was off of the egg rolls. Same thing happened with a few of their other items. They aren’t able to answer questions about why something is GF. Now they have a banner up on their menu saying they use GF soy sauce, probably because they got so many questions. It’s disappointing because the food is SO good. I’m asymptomatic so I couldn’t tell if it was affecting me or not but I would be careful.
