They have very few gluten-free dishes. As far as I understood only some of the starters (pickles, edamame), green beans, a salad and a vegetarian rice noodle dish. I confirmed with them that the rice noodles are boiled in a separate pot of water. I had the beans and vegetarian noodles. Both came with only salt for flavour and were rather oily and bland. If you end up there for a work thing like me you will not starve but it will be very boring food. (Edit: in another Dumpling Time review for another location another person mentioned that the green beans are fried with the dumplings [same cooking surface?].)
