Chinese food with gluten free options - ask for the "white sauce" which is made without soy sauce. The chef also uses rice gluten flour for many of the fried items, but I haven't been able to confirm that there is a gluten free fryer. Had Orange Chicken last night and it is definitely fried - haven't gotten sick yet but might just be lucky.
