The grilled chicken is gluten free! Alot of plates come with pita bread so they aren’t listed on the menu as gluten free but you can get it without the pita.

Ate here and did not get sick. Took enzymes with meal. Had chicken plate.

Did some digging in reviews on yelp to get information on if anything was GF on their menu. Apparently the falafel is GF and they made me a falafel sandwich with no bread to go and marked it GF. Unsure about cross contamination levels.

Explained I was GF not by choice and cashier/server walked me through the options. Almost all of the hummus plate options (except fried chicken and one other one I think) are GF. They subbed the side of pita for cucumbers. They were low key about their options so you can probably find better GF Mediterranean though it’s a cool vibe.
