They announce gluten free but all ice creams are heavily contaminated (eg cones fell into the ice cream, they dont change spoons between uses…). Too unsafe for a celiac

They have a sign saying gluten free, but they told me nothing was gluten free. It all was cross contaminated. They refused to serve me. This is crazy.

Great stuff! The menu on the wall was marked G for all the stuff I couldn't have. Staff was really helpful explaining what the flavors were in English. Loved it!

It’s hit or miss. Gluten ice cream is marked on the menu. There are a lot of GF and vegan choices. They have scoops that stay in each ice cream bin, which I thought was good, but I have had traces of other flavors on mine before. I must have always been lucky but last time there were cookies in my scoop. I had a reaction and the rest of the day was shot for me. I won’t be going back even though it’s the best tasting ice cream around

Misleading advertising! The ice cream is advertised in oversized letters as "gluten-free". But cross-contamination with gluten is basically unavoidable due to the gluten-containing wafers that crumble into the ice cream containers. The service staff definitely has no time or awareness to avoid this when serving. When asked, the staff seems aware of the situation. But the owner keeps up the advertising anyway. This is really dangerous for anyone who needs to eat gluten-free due to allergy or celiac disease.
