So much of the menu is gluten free, that instead of marking what is GF, they mark what actually contains gluten. Most of the tacos are done on homemade corn tortillas. Note: the chips are cross contaminated in a shared fryer, but you can ask for corn tortillas instead to have with the guacamole or the salsas. Nearly everything else on the menu is gluten free, including some desserts
