Symptomatic Celiac

Overall Rating

Review

Was really nervous to try but overall a good experience. They have lots of Gluten free pizza options and there wasn’t much of a price difference. I informed them that I had celiac and I was REALLY sensitive. The cashier assured me they would use all fresh ingredients, change gloves, wipe down surfaces and use all new utensils. But I also got the vibe that if I hadn’t told them to do that.. they wouldn’t have. They use the same pizza oven as the rest of the pizzas and I’d say there was about 6 in between the conveyor belt and the pan. I don’t test my food but I haven’t gotten sick.
