I’ve been going to Dusit since they first opened and through changes in owners and staff. I know all that work there and they seem like family. When I got sick and found my severe celiac disease, they researched a way to make my favorite things gluten free. They all know the changes to make it gluten free and prepare my food in its own pan and I’ve never been sick from cross contamination ever! It’s wonderful to be able to eat with my family and to know that they’re looking out for me and we’re willing to learn so I didn’t wind up sick in the hospital! I truly cannot say enough good things about the food, staff and restaurant!! I will say that they are crazy busy all the time but if you tell them gluten free and explain, they’re always happy to help…but remember that we all have had those days and kindness and patience makes the world better. Enjoy….the garlic seafood and chicken fried rice are always in my fridge for when I don’t want to cook and need something wonderful to eat. Remember…no gf menu, but just ask!

Not safe at all. The restaurant is always chaotic and no one seems to know what's going on. I asked which items were GF and was told she didn't know, but she thought it x,y,z. I asked to her to go ask. She came back with a short list. I ordered off that list. My husband thought what I ordered wasn't GF, so I checked with the owner. She said it was safe. We ordered a few dishes to share. All of which we asked for GF. I'm not sure which one or ones were contaminated, but I definitely was glutened. Things happen and you take your chances when you go out to eat, but people should know that they could get glutened here.

Awesome pad Thai with tofu!! I can't eat chicken or beef unless it's grass fed. Make sure to talk to manager.
I called ahead of time before going and asked if any of their noodles were made with wheat. The manager said no, they use rice noodles and noodles made from beans. The only thing that does have wheat flour is the egg rolls. When I asked how they were cooked he said that if I asked for the oil to be changed they'd do it in order to eat the summer rolls which are base from rice flour. I had chicken pad Thai and am symptom free. It was super delicious and they were more than friendly. If you want soy sauce they give you packets on the side. Overall it's a great place to eat!!!
