Had the brisket sandwich, which was good. GF bun was really good. Has GF beer. Server was knowledgeable and put celiac on the order for the kitchen.

2 of us have Celiac and can't handle cross contamination. I also am very sensitive to dairy. Dusty's has saved us this week! We have eaten 4 times and no negative reactions!!! Unlike the 2 pizza places that claimed GF pizza. The BBQ, chicken Cajun and hamburger are GF. The GF bun is good. Can't have the potato wedges as they share a fryer but they have corn tortilla chips for their nachos so they served tortilla chips instead of fries or fresh veggies. On the Cajun chicken, it comes with a mayo spread that I did NOT use, but one day I ate it with the honey mustard dressing that was a DF/GF salad dressing for a change. Because eating out is such a challenge and we were in Whistler for a week, we are so thankful for Dusty's!!!

Perfect example of having to ask questions. A lot of the menu is stated GF but not safe for Celiacs. The pork ribs however are & were great. Just got to ask questions every time.
Yes
the menu has makings for gluten free options available on about 50% of the items.. the wait staff weren't door knowledgeable but happy to find out and support gluten free eating.
Yes
You can eat the ribs and there are salad options but as a ski hill bar grill place most options come out of the shared fryer so there's not a lot for someone with Celiac here other than that. Giving them one extra star for having a GF beer.
