The waitress was knowledgeable about GF and answered my questions as I also have a soy allergy. I had the grilled ham steak dinner with mashed potatoes (no gravy) and green beans. Dinner came with a drink and dessert (rice pudding, bread pudding, and ice cream. Prices were very reasonable.

This was not a good experience for my family. The food was terrible. The wait staff was careless. My husband was contaminated from their gf menu. People with celiac should not try this place.

at the time of writing this review 6/19/22 they had a whole menu dedicated to gluten free options and also a vegetarian menu as well.

No gluten free menu when we ate. Staff offered limited items, but were not able to answer any questions. I got very sick after eating here.
Great family restaurant where you can get something gluten free with a fairly comfortable assurance. They don't have a GF menu, and the wait staff is not knowledgeable, but the staff is very friendly and is quite happy to talk to the chef about what you would like. I've been here twice, and the chefs seem knowledgeable and very helpful. There aren't a whole lot of options from all the goodies they have in this "down home" restaurant, but you can get something to eat without fear of contamination. I have had a large salad with chicken, and also I've had the sauteed chicken with mashed potatoes (probably "instant") no gravy. This restaurant is located right off I-80 in a place where it's hard to find a GF place, so I recommend it.
