Everything in the pastry case was gluten free. I don’t think I need to say more…but I will. The lady who helped us was knowledgeable about the menu. When I told her I also had dairy issues, she was able to point out which baked goods were safe to eat. I had the Babe. I agree with the other review that the bacon could have been cooked a little longer because I like some crispness/firmness to my bacon. The sandwich was still good and I was happy to eat a bagel that was larger than the palm of my hand. They serve breakfast all day. There are interior and exterior seating areas for those who are still COVID aware. The staff wore masks.
I ordered the babe because it has "bacon, bacon, and more bacon". A personally don't care for bagels but that's what it came on so I got it. What I got was a well put together sandwich. Unfortunately the bacon was too flimsy for me. I prefer my meat cooked. Three very thin, slices of bacon cut in half, rubbery melted underneath some American cheese. The egg, while an amble amount, was bland. When I asked for salt and pepper I was given one tiny pack. 😐
I ate the egg and threw the rest away.
My dining companion had a Colorado. He said it was really good, but the coffee, not so much.
So... there ya go
This place has amazing breakfast! Had a wonderful breakfast burrito and warm coffee cake and both were absolutely delicious. They have a separate prep space and oven for their GF food so I felt safe eating there as a celiac. The staff was also very knowledgeable. Everything in their bakery case is GF and is even better if you have them warm it in the oven.
Spoke with the owner who has Celiac. The coffee shop serves everything gluten free except for the premade purchased bagles. Bagels are prepared in an isolated part of the kitchen to keep everything else free from cross contamination. All of the baked goods are made in house in a dedicated gluten free section of the kitchen. The cookies, scones, and muffins are amazing!
