This is the best gluten free Chinese food experience I’ve ever had. The manager Francis is very knowledgeable about gluten free. He told me they can make most dishes with gluten free soy sauce or their white sauce. I have been twice and both great experiences. The first time I got the beef chow fun and the second time I got the Singapore curry rice noodles. Both were amazing!
