Susan has worked at the restaurant for 10 years and told me about 80% of the menu can be made gluten free! The sweet and sour chicken is breaded with potato starch and was SO crispy. I couldn’t believe it wasn’t gluten! We got the lunch special and I got sweet and sour chicken subbed the hot and sour for egg drop soup and subbed the rice for the lo mein because she can make it gluten free with rice noodles! Everything was so fresh and flavorful! They gave my husband my spring roll. I’m not a sensitive celiac.
