They DO have a gluten free menu built in to their menu. Every item that is gluten free says so in parenthesis.

The service was great.

I just ordered take out from this restaurant and asked if they could make several dishes gluten free. They told me they could make General's chicken with white meat, non-battered chicken and white rice, fried rice and chicken lo mein. I was told they would use gluten free noodles. The meal arrived with traditional lo mein egg noodles. I called the restaurant and was told they were egg noodles. I asked if they were gluten free and they didn't know if egg noodles were gluten free and told me that he was NOT A DOCTOR it was MY JOB to know my diet! I asked them to ask the chef and they said he only speaks Chinese and they couldn't ask him! I called the location in the next town and they confirmed for me upon picking up the phone immediately that the egg noodles were not gluten free. I have never had such a horrible experience with someone not knowing the food they sell. Wouldn't trust a single thing from them!

Incredible food! I am from Texas and we needed a gluten free place to eat. They were so helpful. I ordered the Singapore Mei Fun and it was one of the most delicious dishes I have ever had. It was a rice noodle curry fried dish. They also made a special dish for my son that was also gluten-free with rice noodles lo mein style and it was also incredible. My son ate the whole thing. I am so upset this place is not near me after I found one of my favorite dishes ever!
