While there isn't a separate gluten free menu, the menus in-restaurant have a GF label next to everything that either comes gf or can be made so. And they average have a decent amount of options for that compared to others. I'm one of those celiacs that is extremely sensitive to cross contact even, and as long as i communicate to who is waiting me (very clearly and deliberately, bc you know how many ppl simply just don't have the knowledge on celiac), everything is fine with me. You can also ask for gluten free soy sauce. I can't speak for everyone who works there of course, but i have even ordered online before with the explanation of my situation, and they called me to inform me that one of the items i thought i could have was not safe, which i really appreciated (and that mix-up was on my end, it was a sauce, it wasn't mislabeled on their end or anything).
