How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

Their menu indicated GF options but they told us it wasn't safe for celiacs. My partner (celiac) decided to eat there anyways and had the Bison Skillet and didn't get sick.

Great view from the too chalet of the resort, highly recommend.

Items on menu are labeled gluten free, but there is no dedicated fryer, and they said cross-contamination was possible due to the small kitchen. I did not have a reaction to the salad, however.
