Had a good experience but only ordered a latte with almond milk. Initial cashier was unsure what was gluten free, but a staff member who has celiac was able to answer all my questions and even offered to let me read the labels of products they use to be sure for myself! I felt good afterward, but cannot vouch for the other food/drink items or other staff besides the helpful one with celiac.

I went here under the assumption they had allergy friendly options. They do not.

I GOT SO SICK I literally watched them put my GF avocado toast in the same toaster as other bread without even putting it on foil or anything and then cut it with the same knife and use the same gloves and I am so shy I didn’t want to say anything and now I’m paying for it. All their gluten free stuff says gluten free but I don’t think it can be trusted to be prepared as such.

A nice little cafe with gluten free, Vegan and keto options. I had an oat milk and honey latte, Hemp and adaptogen infused seltzer, electrolyte water, and a vegan & GF chocolate chip cookie. A great grab- and -go option. Juices, add-ins, etc.
