Update May 2022: Manager has informed me that they are discontinuing their gluten free fryer
So far this is the only restaurant I feel safe at. The staff has gone through proper allergy and food intolerance training and actually knew what celiac was/the precautions they must take to avoid cross contamination. They even have a dedicated gluten free and vegan frier for french fries, chickpeas, etc. The staff is so knowledgeable that my server noticed a mistake I made when I accidently ordered something that used a non-gluten free sauce and found me a gluten free alternative before I even had the chance to notice. I would have never realized that I ordered a gluten based sauce if he had not caught my mistake. This was the first time in months I have left a restaurant not feeling sick.
