Spoke with server about their gluten aware pizza and prep methods in the kitchen. I was assured they would prep it separately and cook it on a clean pan, not brown it on the stone. I ate half of pizza and then noticed blackened bits on the bottom of the rest of the pizza that could only have come from a dirty pan or from being browned on the pizza stone (I used to cook pizza in our restaurant). I was definitely seriously glutened, as evidenced by my symptoms later that evening and today.
