Delicious crepes, fabulous safety. The woman I spoke to on the phone before going asked me about cross contact concerns before I even brought it up. She has a dedicated pan and burner for gf crepes and even made mine first to make sure it stayed separate from the normal crepes. I had the Monte Cristo and it was DELICIOUS.
