Review of Earth Aloha Eats

I was excited to see this truck in the Safeway parking lot, as there’s a big Gluten-free sign on the truck. The menu has many gluten-free options. However, when I ordered and told the worker that I had celiac disease, he said that there was likely cross-contamination and “everything touches everything.” I cancelled my order at that point. It’s probably fine if you’re gluten-sensitive, but likely not if you have celiac disease or are very sensitive.
