Delicious! Had the flatbread with dippers, bacon stuffed mushrooms, garlic n herb fries, philly steak samdwich topped with cheesecake and cookies for dessert (we all shared!). I heard the kitchen staff talk about the precautions so I didnt need to ask. Its been an hour and no reaction

Good food, everyone was able to get something they wanted. I can't eat gluten, legumes, nuts, or sesame and my s.o. can't do dairy. My dad's girlfriend doesn't eat grain , and we were all able to find something.

My guts even approved of the meal as well.

Very delicious. $$ a little pricier but worth it as an occasional treat. I love the cheesecake! A lot of GF options.

I’m updating my review from a few years ago. We’ve come here several times. The food has always been good but the service use to be super slow and not good. The last few months the service has been better. Most of their items can be gf and dairy free too. Our favorites are the pizza and grass fed hamburger, and the bread dippers. I’ve tested several items for gluten with the Nima and it came back gf.

Was with my friend, got the gluten free flatbread and gluten free pizza both tasted great and the server knew I had celiac but I ended up being severely glutened. There was only one server in the whole place so maybe she was too overwhelmed but I won't be back.

I am a super sensitive celiac. This is one of very few places I'll eat because I don't get sick. Is service a bit slow? Sometimes but it's not 'fast food' and I'm fine with them not 'rushing' my order. That's when mistakes happen! Pizza is fabulous, and the Burn Burger is yum! I eat here a few times a month.

I had the gluten free Philly steak sandwich,. it was incredible. the sandwich was served between two 4 inch pizza crust's. The service was perfect. I will definitely be a regular at this place.

In my opinion their high prices are worth it when I treat myself to a gluten free/dairy free pizza once a month! So delicious and never once got sick!

Visiting family in Temecula and decided to try this place due to me being GF. It was DELICIOUS!!! We tried the stuffed mushrooms, stuffed grape leaves, hummus - my family members had various sandwiches and said they were great. Def need one of these bistros in my hometown of Tulsa!

The service here is horrible (always has been)...especially from the manager. He comped my meal and drink...but I should have reported him to the Health Department for what he did. I am lucky I didn't get sick...who knows maybe I did and don't know it yet. The food is sometimes good, but not consistent. My pizza was burnt to high heaven last time. They changed their menu a little and for the worse. Now I don't know the calories in them either :( Oh and did I mention it's pretty expensive? We used to eat here scarcely, but now will never return. Other places have good GF pizza!

I'm extremely allergic to wheat gluten. My dad and i went to Earth Bistro last night for the first time. They have an awesome menu! Everything from pizza to burger buns, pasta, salads, desserts are available gluten free. It's an additional $4 bucks charge to substitute the garbanzo bean/rice flour per pizza...but I think it's worth it. Sooo tasty!! The customer service is great and very personable. Definitely will be a regular customer! Prices on the menu range from $5(appetizers)-$25(for XL pizza).

Many options, great taste & visually appealing..all things that seems to be lost when chefs / cooks are trying to accommodate the needs of a gluten free diet. Thank you Earth Bistro!
