Everything is vegan and many items on the menu are marked GF. (I believe soy-free items are marked as well.) I had the Plato Principal, which had rice, black beans, and maduros (fried plantains). Very tasty, and the staff is very friendly. A little $$ for casual dining, but good food. I have Celiac, so I made sure to mention that when placing my order so they could avoid cross contamination. No problems on that front.
