The cashier was helpful, my order was labeled gluten free, and they changed gloves etc. I ordered the greek salad with grilled chicken, while it wasn't authentic Greek tasting, that's fine, it was still tasty. I'm mainly concerned about eating safely! It was a good size portion too. This is my second time at EBD, my confidence is growing (I have a lot of anxiety about dining out) and my hubby is happy too bc he sees that I'm able to relax and enjoy myself.

The gluten free menu is glued to a side wall by the register so I had to lean over to see it. Ingredients are listed by allergen, but does not list menu items. For instance, the meats that are gf are listed, but not listed by the sandwich names. I ended up getting the citadel on gf bread. So far I'm not ill. Even though the menu says they have udi gf chocolate chip cookies, they no longer sell them.

Went here 5/28/20 they have a separate kitchen area for GF.
They had no idea what options were gluten free and couldn't even tell me if the potato salad and tuna salad was gluten free... In fact when I asked she said well we have gluten-free buns that's all. After I ordered she found the allergy menu and it still wasn't very detailed so then I proceeded to email management and got a super vague response but they couldn't guarantee anything to be gluten free and wouldn't even tell me the ingredients of the items i asked about
Offers Gluten free bread. They seem knowledgeable about cross contamination concerns. I have eaten here many times and have never had a reaction. But the prices are a little steep for a sandwich, and can take a long time.

Had absolutely no clue about gluten allergies/celiac and cross contamination. I left without placing an order because I knew I would get sick

I ordered the Citadel sandwich on GF bread. It came with a bag of potato chips & a pickle. It was really good! No reactions afterwards. Recommend for a quick affordable lunch!

Most of the meats and cheese are gluten free. Any item can be made on gluten free bread and they take special precautions for allergies.
Don’t order delivery from here unless you want to be told, “just pick the bread off and eat the meat!” I was literally told that and because they were late delivering they wouldn’t remake it or refund. Management did nothing! Waisted $20 but hey that is cheaper than using an epipen and a trip to the hospital!
