They do have gluten free soy sauce however once they brought it, I think they thought that was all and I could eat everything else. I didn't want to get into explaining what celiac disease is so I just ordered and asked for modification as we went. I will say the kitchen seemed very good. They made everything I ordered gf, however not sure on cross contamination, but feeling okay the next day. I just wish the servers were a bit more aware of what foods have gluten

Great restaurant. Server knew immediately how to handle gluten free, brought over GF soy sauce and assured that our orders could be handled gf. I played it safe with edamame and sashimi, but they also had sushi and rolls that were gf.

Servers are very helpful, and if they don't know about something, they go back to the kitchen to ask (typically). The only reason for 4/5 stars instead of a perfect score is that there isn't much selection and not eating the food samplers that go around the restaurant is basically torture! Otherwise, great sushi and very safe.
