Unfortunately I have not had a consistent or reliable experience eating brunch at East One, which is too bad because the food is good.
Once I was served the Brooklyn Fry Up with gf bread and told it was completely gluten free, no shared fryer. Another time I was told the potatoes were prepared in a shared fryer and should be avoided.
A third time I was served the Brooklyn fry up in its entirety by one server, but when I asked about the potatoes a second server told me none of the dish was safe because it was prepared on a shared surface, and it was removed from the table after being served.
I was then told that the only thing on the menu that was completely safe was the farmers bowl. I said the same thing to servers all three times — I have a gluten allergy and need to avoid eating any amount of gluten.

A rare brunch spot in the area that knows what celiac is and can provide gluten free bread contamination free. Bread is very good as are the other brunch options.
