Review of Easton Wine Project

Lovely urban winery. We did a wine flight and then to my surprise saw the menu with clearly marked gluten free items. They said the staff would take precautions and change gloves in the back. The gf flatbread is not celiac safe since it’s cooked on a shared surface. I had the chocolate cake with wine sauce and it was delicious.
