EastWind Vietnamese Restaurant and Noodle House

East Wind has delicious pho and a variety of rice/rice noodle dishes. The menu does not have gluten free items marked. The staff is knowledgeable and will check with the chef if they don't know whether an item is gluten free.

During my first meal here, the chef brought my food out to let me know what sauces were safe to eat with the meal.

I have been advised that the shrimp chips, hoisin sauce, tapioca pearls (boba), and spring rolls are not gluten free.

The service is consistently excellent. The food is both delicious, and great value for the cost.
