Greeted by young lady, given menus and gf one once requested. Confirmed they cook in a separate area for gf. Ordered and got food 30 mins later, wasn't very busy there but there was a table of 8 who were very rowdy, the staff were apologising for them. Food arrived, looked good but..... the gf roll was dry and hard, I tried to eat it but couldn't, took the burger out and that was slightly overcooked, tasty but hard around the edge also the tasty chips were cold. As we were on a time restraint we didn’t have time for them to cook more. When asked if all was OK, I mentioned the uneaten roll, stating it was hard and dry, maybe they should refresh it in a microwave before serving. He asked was it gf, and just scoffed when I said yes. I will never return there. £38 something for 2 burgers chips and one coke so not cheap by any means.

Separate menu highlighting gf items and staff can assist too.

I tried the fried chicken burger with Brie cheese, bacon and caramelised onion. The chicken was cooked so nicely, crispy coating and juicy chicken. The bun wasn’t toasted and fell apart half way through but was still good.

Chips are also gluten free.

It’s a bit pricey in my opinion, £13.50 pounds for the burger alone is about $27 AUD, which is insane in Australia. Chips were £4 ($8 AUD). For that price the serving could’ve been bigger. The dip also cost $3 AUD 🥲. Really delicious burger and chips though.

Nice option for city centre. Quite a few gluten free options on the menu and knowledgeable about cross-contamination. My burger almost immediately fell apart though and the bun was a bit on the dry side but I am very grateful for having another option 😊

Had a crispy chicken burger for the first time since discovering I am celiac. The chicken burger was moist and crunchy in all the right ways. The bun was a little dry and crumbly but there was more than enough sauce on the burger to make up for the mouth feel of the bun. The still cream soda was absolutely mind blowing. Delicious!

INCREDIBLE 😍 we eat at the Exeter branch too. One of the servers is Coeliac so that was reassuring. The food is sooo good and the service is incredible.

The gluten free menu is the same menu, just with some items (around less than 5/4) are blacked out. The bun is also hand made and was amazing, couldn’t even tell it was a gluten free burger! Separate fryers with gluten free dedicated ones and my waitress was a celiac who was really informed. Cant recommend it enough
