Visited last night, food was great. Staff were knowledge and the menu is really well labelled.

Nestled off Charing Cross Road, this popular Japanese eatery can sometimes have a queue at the door of people waiting to get in… and it is worth the wait. A vast menu, with allergens listed for all items, it’s easy to see which items are GF and Veg. Unfortunately the miso soup was made with fish sauce, but they have a good selection of GF veggie salad and sushi items. Absolutely yummy! Non-GF items also really great. 100% worth a second visit.

Tons of gf options, but the menu is misleading: it has allergens listed 1-14 (gluten is 2) next to each dish; but two out of the three things I ordered, which didn't have the number 2 next to them, the nice and knowledgeable server said actually do contain gluten and advised me to order other things. The things that I did order in the end felt safe and were delicious, and the server remembered to verify that every dish is gf before bringing it over and also brought me Tamari instead of the usual soy sauce. So thanks to our server I had a great time, but if you get someone less experienced or caring, you might not :/
