El restaurante no tenían mucho conocimiento sobre la contaminación cruzada, me pedí un risotto de vegetales, pero a los dos días empece a sentir los síntomas de contaminación, probablemente el risotto tenía trazas de gluten.

It was wonderful. Any of the pasta dishes can be replaced with gluten free spaghetti (for an additional charge). The waitstaff knew exactly what on their menu was gf or not and was able to make suggestions. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Would definitely go back again next time I visit Tiranë.
